PDE Technology Store strives to offer customers with quality service through comprehensive supply chain management. Check the status of your order by logging into your account. Any tracking information regarding your order during the shipping process will be emailed to you and will appear in the comments section of your account in order history.

Order Processing and Delivery:
  1. Processing: From order payment completion to delivery over to the carrier is 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri)
  2. Shipping: The time it takes from the carrier to your shipping address is dependent on the shipping method you chose during the checkout process. The tracking number (if available for your shipping method) will be emailed to you and a link to the website will be provided to track your shipping progress also appears in the comments section of your account in order history.

Delivery Refusal:
There will be a $15 fee charge on refused delivery.

Return Policies:
  1. Items can be returned within 10 days if unused for refund or exchange. ***Does NOT cover shipping.***
  2. Warranty is 90 days for manufacturer defects. Product must be returned to PDE and will be repaired or replaced.

Order Cancellation:
Order cancellation is not allowed.
